Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the creation of a dynamic sports platform that promotes sports trends and fosters a healthy lifestyle within our community. You will work closely with the Project Supervisor to execute strategic plans, manage operations, and ensure the smooth delivery of events.

Job Responsibilities

• - Assist the supervisor in strategic planningand project execution
• - Organize and manage public sports events/programs efficiently
• - Prepare and maintain event-related documents and materials
• - Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless event execution
• - Address participant inquiries professionally and promptly
• - Work closely with the team to achieve project goals with high efficiency
• - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• - Minimum of 2 years of project management or relevant work experience  
• - Bachelor’s degree in sports, administration, or a related field (preferred)  
• - Experience in National Sports Associations or similar organizations is a definite advantage  
• - Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese input 
• - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese  
• - Strong passion for sports and event organization  
• - Positive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to work independently  
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills
