Your New Role:
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving insurance-related questions.
Process policy changes, updates, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documents, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality.
Provide technical support to the Business Development Team.
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Team Manager.
What you need to succeed
Possessed qualifications in IIQE (Paper I & II) is a must
Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance/brokering industry related with medical, life, general insurance or related fields
Strong English language skills and ability to communicate effectively.
University degree or equivalent is preferred.
Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
