Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounts duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures incl. preparing of supporting schedules for A/R, A/P and GL & etc.
• Participate in setting up a new accounting system and implementing digital transformation.
• Ensure proper filing records on a timely basis.
• Ad-hoc assignments by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably gained from real estate or financial services.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in Oracle EBS and system Implementation would be highly advantageous.
• Responsible, detail-minded, possess a positive, willing-to-learn attitude.
