Responsibilities:
 

• Prepare and confirm invoices to customers for various types of services
• Collect receivables from customers
• Prepare various reports to management, shareholders, government, including but not limited to monthly accounting packages, throughput and revenues, cost analysis, balance sheet account analysis, etc.
• Perform fixed assets & inventory count and prepare relevant reports monthly
• Perform any other duties that may assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting
• Over 3 years’ accounting experience
• Relevant purchasing experience in container terminal business is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and working overtime to meet tight deadline
• Able to prioritize and organize of work
• Good initiatives of work, out-spoken and of excellent communications with good negotiation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, analytical, self-motivated and a good team player
• Able to communicate in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of procurement system will be an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
