Our client is a sizable organization. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to form a Project team.
Responsibilities:

• Lead & Coordinate application onboarding and offboarding process

• Oversee the onboarding of new applications and changes at local level.

• Facilitate the alignment of internal processes with the expected roles and responsibilities as outlined in internal documentation.

• Coordinate the decommissioning and archiving activities for legacy accounting systems and related technology.

• Ensure a smooth transition and offboarding process in line with organizational standards.

• Lead & Coordinate Data & Systems Migration & Cutover/Deployment:

  • Engage & coordinate relevant data & systems owners as per migration & cutover plan and ensure adherence to local TRM policies & constraints.

  • Coordinate required migration & production deployment activities across local and group systems (changes required, data masking, integration, retention…)

• Lead IT go-live preparation & process readiness:

  • Review & validate target operating model and ensure adherence with local TRM policies & constraints

  • Lead preparation of local and group production deployment checklist artefacts and coordinate submission (& facilitate review) to change advisory governance instances

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience as BA, Technical Project Manager or Product Owner

• Experience with SDLC release methodologies in the context of integration/middleware stacks on Azure

• Knowlege in Accounting Systems (FA, GL, AR, AP and etc. )

• Experience in Data Migration is a plus

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese

• Applicants with less experience will be considered for Consultant or System Analyst roles
