Our client is a property developer with extensive residential and commercial portfolio in PRC. They are now looking for a  Design Manager to support their team.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards on site;
• Visualize designs into interior and architectural drawings;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Prepare drawings from design concepts 
• Conduct feasibilities studies, market research and design trend
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Job Requirements:

• 10 years' or above working experience in hospitality / commercial project is preferred 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Creative thinking, detailed-mind and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant design tools
