Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse informationon major incidents/risk scenarios, establish and manage the lessons learnt database
• Coordinate with IT department and respective stakeholders on database enhancements and maintenance
• Liaise with stakeholders for collecting and maintaining weak signals in asset maintenance
• Compile status and trends reports from the lessons learned database and weak signals information
• Assist line managers in setting up indicators to monitor improvement areas
• Facilitate integration of investigation results and improvement measures through regular communication with investigation and maintenance teams

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science, Risk Management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years’ railway operations experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Positive and proactive work attitude, along with strong analytical, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
