Collect and analyse informationon major incidents/risk scenarios, establish and manage the lessons learnt database
Coordinate with IT department and respective stakeholders on database enhancements and maintenance
Liaise with stakeholders for collecting and maintaining weak signals in asset maintenance
Compile status and trends reports from the lessons learned database and weak signals information
Assist line managers in setting up indicators to monitor improvement areas
Facilitate integration of investigation results and improvement measures through regular communication with investigation and maintenance teams
Requirements
Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science, Risk Management or a related discipline
A minimum of 4 years’ railway operations experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
Positive and proactive work attitude, along with strong analytical, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
