Project Co-ordinator (carrying the job title of ‘Digital Communications Executive’) (Ref. 250000K2) (Closing date: April 18, 2025)
We are seeking an innovative, analytical and tech-savvy Digital Communications Executive to support the operations of our digital platforms, enhance our web presence, improve search engine optimisation (SEO), and align digital communications.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) performing webmaster duties, including website updates, content scheduling, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal uptime of all digital properties; (b) implementing SEO strategies to boost website ranking and organic traffic; (c) optimising content and information architecture for data migrations in revamp projects; (d) curating content for online platforms by liaising with content providers and designers; (e) fine-tuning headlines to compel and attract target audiences; (f) authoring technical guides, interactive forms, help resources and UI text for systems; (g) supporting the tracking of key metrics to identify engagement trends; (h) providing technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams on digital matters; (i) assisting in administering servers, databases and CMS platforms; (j) advocating and implementing digital transformation to improve workflows; and (k) performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or other relevant fields; (ii) at least 1 to 2 years of related experience in website operations (fresh-graduates with relevant skillsets may be considered); (iii) strong understanding of SEO best practices; (iv) proficient in HTML/CSS and understanding of user-centric design; (v) experience with using CMS, analytics platforms, and Adobe CC software; (vi) the ability to write simple text copy for websites in English and Chinese; (vii) detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders; (viii) excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams; and (ix) adaptable and self-driven to stay current on emerging web technologies. Having experience with SQL, database management, and cloud hosting will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a contract of 2-years) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
