Part Time Concierge Assistant (HKD 70 per month)
Job Highlights
- HKD 70 per hour, with 1-hour paid meal allowance
- Able to work 2-3 days per week
- Experience in VIP Concierge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests, tenants, and customers.
- Professionally handle enquiries and complaints, ensuring swift resolution.
- Support CRM and marketing initiatives (e.g., events, promotions, customer feedback collection).
- Manage concierge counters across the company’s CRM portfolios.
Requirements:
- Preferred background in Hospitality / Property Management.
- Minimum F.7 / DSE graduate or equivalent.
- Outgoing, customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with good geographical knowledge and familiarity with luxury brands.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written & spoken).
