Our client is a well-established business, with head office in Hong Kong and a strong presence in the industry. The HR team is currently looking for a Regional Employee Engagement Manager to design and implement all firm-wide employee engagement strategies and program.

The HR team is currently looking for a Regional Employee Engagement Manager for the Hong Kong Head office, to design, develop and implement all firm-wide engagement strategies, policies and program for global staff. The job holder will be working with local offices in different markets to align policies, providing guidelines and directions on the topic of employee experience.

Description

  • Establish and deliver best in class employee experiences framework, develop staff engagement strategies, organize various employee engagement events and activities throughout the year across all levels in the business - both corporate and frontline employees
  • Work closely with senior management to develop employee engagement agenda and organize events aligning with group vision and goals
  • Develop creative campaigns and initiatives, improve employee experience and ultimately enhance a more inclusive, positive and collaborative culture
  • Cultivate positive influence through engaging storytelling and all-round communications to build connections between senior leadership and general employees
  • Partner with internal communications and local HR employees to facilitate a wide range of staff events, including department town halls, celebrations, staff recognition, festive events and staff activities such as dragon boat, sports day, etc.
  • Act as the key POC of employee engagement survey from planning to feedback collection, analysing results and comments from employees, providing insights and solutions for leaders in the business
  • Review event budget, manage annual budgeting and planning process, ensuring balanced cost allocation across various events
  • Measure employee engagement program and strategies outcome through dashboard and reporting

Profile

  • Native English required, fluent Chinese advantageous
  • At least 8 years' experience in Employee Engagement or Experience with regional HRBP coverage from international and established organizations
  • Candidates with HRBP background and Engagement planning experience are welcome
  • Solid experience in developing engagement strategies, campaigns and content
  • Passion in driving employee engagement and a strong understanding of what good employee experience and strong corporate culture look like
  • Self-motivated and a creative problem-solver. Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to stay agile, while managing multiple deadlines and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good judgment
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
