Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, KOL, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Budget Allocation: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaboration: Establish good working relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Full Funnel Optimization: Optimize and work with cross-functional teams on the full funnel and end-to-end customer journey to increase the conversion rate.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for management. Facilitate data tracking audits to ensure accurate & reliable data collection for performance analysis.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications and/or related discipline will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing; with a focus on paid/ performance marketing, related to insurance, banking, finance, or health care industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills & proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4), transform data to actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Digital and social media Savvy with in-depth knowledge across paid media.
  • Solid experience in KOLs and influencer engagement & management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, innovative and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AI or Canvas is a plus
