Cloud Support Engineer

    • Responsibilities :

    • Address client technical assistance requests via email, phone, in-person, or remote support.
    • Provide Tier 2 support through calls, live chat, and ticketing systems.
    • Document and update ticket statuses.
    • Guide and assist Tier 1 staff.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 support as needed.
    • Ensure prompt issue resolution by gathering relevant customer information.
    • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of internal systems.
    • Participate in Hybrid solution projects, including Exchange Server.
    • Offer additional IT support as required.

    Requirements : 

    • Higher Diploma or equivalent in IT or related fields.
    • 4-7 years of technical support and administration experience on Windows platforms, including Microsoft Exchange Server and Windows Server.
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure, Active Directory, Linux, and Windows Server.
    • Familiar with networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS) and experienced in routing, switching, and firewalls.
    • Practical experience with firewalls and network switches.
    • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and cloud architectures (Azure, AWS).
    • Relevant certifications (MCSE, ITIL) are advantageous.
