Job Responsibilities:
Perform check-in, check-out and room arrangement procedures
Maintain good relationships and a high standard of service with all guests
Job Requirements:
Tech-savvy, good with details
Independent, Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills
Certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Hotel industry
Knowledge of using Opera PMS is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Fresh Graduates will be considered
