Job Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in, check-out and room arrangement procedures

• Maintain good relationships and a high standard of service with all guests

Job Requirements:

• Tech-savvy, good with details

• Independent, Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills

• Certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Hotel industry

• Knowledge of using Opera PMS is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Fresh Graduates will be considered
