We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Citigold Associate (Internal Job Title: Consumer Sales Support Analyst - C09) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Assist multiple production support functions to aid partners in fulfilling sales requirements
  • Resolve basic to moderately complex sales issues based on practice and precedence
  • Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self-service media
  • Aid in the customer service process to ensure the quality of customer service
  • Manage the safekeeping and control of files during operation hours
  • Recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with established guidelines
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Mandatory certifications as required, i.e. IIQE 1 & 3
  • Experience in operational processes and branch service preferred
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
