Duties
Supervising installation of BS/E&M works
Testing & commissioning of systems of BS/E&M installations as per requirements of the Contract and
Maintaining and updating all site records and necessary filing systems
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
At least in possession of a certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience of maintenance of building in Hong Kong
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Salary: $34300/ month
