Overview
We are seeking an experienced SME Relationship Manager (RM) with a strong focus on lending services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SME banking and a proven track record in managing and securing loans portfolio. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions to support their growth.

Your New Role:

• Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs and financial goals.
• Promote and manage SFGS services, ensuring clients are aware of the benefits and eligibility criteria.
• Assess and evaluate loan applications under the SFGS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the SME loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing risk.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SME banking
• Proven track record in managing and securing loans under the SFGS.
• Strong understanding of SME financial needs and banking solutions.
• Good command of English and confident in Putonghua speaking is desired
