Responsibilities:
• Responsible for checking and monitoring attendance and wages payment record of workers.
• Receive and record complaints from workers and provide assistance to them on wages payment and other employment issue.
• Provide support in coordination and HR tasks.
• Need to station on site's office.
Requirements:
• Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Grade “E” in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) including Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources-related duties.
• Experience in the construction industry is a MUST.
• Good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry are preferable.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labor legislation.
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Hands-on experience in using MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
