Key Responsibilities:
Be the voice of the customer, stakeholders and brand throughout the detailed design process with client.
Contribute to all detailed digital product design deliverables (e.g. information architecture, design principles, wireframes, user interface elements and interactive prototypes, design systems and guidelines, product specifications etc.).
Facilitate the identification of user, brand, business, and technical drivers to define digital product experience requirements.
Envision multiple iterative digital experience concepts starting with low-fidelity interactive prototypes and user interface explorations.
Effectively and compellingly present digital product concepts and their guiding experience principles in design review sessions with clients.
Identify key screen types across devices (e.g. desktop, mobile, connected devices) best user scenarios and generate detailed wireframes, task flows, and user interface solutions.
Prototype digital experiences at different levels of increasing fidelity across the entire product design process (e.g. paper, Sketch/Figma/XD/ InVision, prototypes with code).
Define, maintain, and evolve design systems to guide the evolution of a digital product across its entire lifecycle.
Visualize client’s brand expression in visual solutions that are compelling and easily rationalized.
Closely collaborate with product owners and agile development teams to ensure alignment to design intent throughout implementation and deployment.
Be a design ambassador, attending and helping to plan team and community events, workshops, and conferences.
Qualifications
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
Proven work experience with at least 3 years as a digital product designer or similar role in digital consultancy, agency or in-house with a rich portfolio of digital design projects
Experienced in conducting user testing, using design tools (e.g. Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer), and facilitating such workshops
Degree holder in Visual Design, Interactive Design or relevant field
Strong interpersonal and communication skill, comfortable working in diverse environments
Experiences with motion and micro interactions in digital products is a plus
Prior exposure to China and global market insight and digital trends is a plus
Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good time management skills, strong with multi-tasking and prioritization
