Job Responsibilities:

• In change of all on site quantity surveying services including contract administration, cost control and contractual claims for the project assigned.
• Responsible for on site quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the projects assigned

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies
• 7 years relevant working experiences in building projects
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
• Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
