Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to expand revenue from current accounts.
- Oversee the delivery of products or services to clients, ensuring the timely execution of projects and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, product, etc.) to meet client expectations and deliverables.
- Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
- Advocate for client needs within the organization.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and share insights with product teams to drive product improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, client servicing, or a related field.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or account management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure timely execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
