The applicant must possess

  1. Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKDSE; or Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKCEE; or equivalent;
  2. a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification work experience in customer service or guest reception in sizable companies I organisation;
  3. good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  4. professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills;
  5. strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  6. ability to handle multiple tasks independently;
  7. well-presented, mature and self-motivated attitude; and
  8. proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing.

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

 

Duties include

  1. to answer enquiries, take messages and receive visitors at the reception counter;
  2. to handle all incoming and outgoing mails and conference meeting room bookings and logistics;
  3. to coordinate with carpool service bookings;
  4. to provide assistance in handling administration duties; and
  5. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
