Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKDSE; or Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKCEE; or equivalent;
a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification work experience in customer service or guest reception in sizable companies I organisation;
good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills;
strong interpersonal and communication skills;
ability to handle multiple tasks independently;
well-presented, mature and self-motivated attitude; and
proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing.

Duties include
to answer enquiries, take messages and receive visitors at the reception counter;
to handle all incoming and outgoing mails and conference I meeting room bookings and logistics;
to coordinate with carpool service bookings;
to provide assistance in handling administration duties; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
