As the Associate Director of Regional Marketing for a retail brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, footfall, and revenue. You will play a critical role in positioning a brand identity. Your expertise in marketing, strategic thinking, and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the success of this high-profile project.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the business, encompassing brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations for effective marketing strategies.
Create and execute innovative and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, public relations, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop captivating creative assets, including branding materials, signage, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as footfall, sales conversion rates, customer feedback, and revenue, to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering measurable results within the allocated budgetary constraints.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and collaborative marketing department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the retail, or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market or Asia market, consumer behavior, and retail industry trends.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
