Job Description

• Fund Product Management: Responsible for the issuance of the company's fund products, formulation and execution of investment strategies, exploring market investment and trading opportunities, and adjusting and optimizing investment portfolios.
• Business Management: Ensure the fund’s operational performance aligns with the company’s goals and investors’ expectations, regularly evaluate the performance of investment portfolios, conduct industry segment analysis, and advance investment strategies accordingly.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry trends, and macroeconomic conditions to provide investment decision-making support for the company’s fund products.
• Risk Management: Establish a comprehensive risk management system, monitor the risk status of investment portfolios, and ensure that the fund product’s risk control is within the range set by the company.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams, sales teams, and other relevant departments to jointly promote the development of the company’s fund business.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or other related fields. Candidates with experience studying abroad at prestigious universities are preferred.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in public fund management, with a proven track record of issuing and managing fund products over the past 3 years. Candidates with fund qualification certificates are preferred.
• Professional Skills: Must hold a fund qualification certificate or be eligible for one, possess solid financial theoretical knowledge and investment analysis abilities, and be proficient in alternative investment valuation techniques.
• Professional Integrity: Must have good professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, a clean disciplinary record, and excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to handle high-intensity work.
• Brand Recognition Experience: Candidates with a track record of managing well-known fund brands, such as leading a company’s RO fund, are preferred.
• Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel frequently and hold a valid passport or related visa.
• English Proficiency: Must be proficient in English for daily communication and work.
