Responsibilities:

• Oversee and inspect building services installations, ensuring adherence to working schedules, procedures, quality control, and project planning.
• Conduct site coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in E&M or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in E&M projects within a fit-out contractor firm.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with individuals at all levels.
• Proficient in coordinating CSD and schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, innovative, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in catering projects is an advantage.
