Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Building Service Inspector to join a prestigious developer in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in luxury commercial or hotel projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess building services installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Oversee the commissioning and testing of building services systems.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in building services inspection, specifically in luxury commercial or hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Relevant degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
