Responsibilities:

To explore potential of products in market and manage product development.

Responsible for design planning and implementation of marketing activities with budgeting, ensure the alignment with headquarter and various internal departments including design, Retail Operations and Product Teams.

Manage the teammate to implement the marketing projects, monitor the progress with report to achieve the marketing plan and fulfill the results.

Conduct market research and establish various analysis reports for result monitoring and actions.

To arrange the sales display by selling point in shop. Provide daily support for smooth the operations of sales & marketing with operations department.

Oversee marketing campaigns, join promotion to enhance the sales results.

Conduct the promotion projects. Compile reports to track and evaluate effectiveness for implementation of marketing projects.

Participate in ad hoc projects.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of all-rounded working experience of Sales and Marketing Manager in Retail, Beauty, Health or F&B industry is preferred.

Analytical thinking in marketing strategy, and hands-on marketing techniques familiarity

Self-motivated, aggressive, and result-driven

Good interpersonal, leadership, presentation & communication skills

Creative mindset, mature, and sophisticated products and retail knowledge

Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint

IMMEDIATE availability is preferred
