Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work, as well as minor addition and alteration work in building facilities, primarily focused on the mechanical ventilation and air conditioning (MVAC) system.
• Responsible for formulating maintenance plans, conducting fault investigations, feasibility studies, preparing specifications and reports, and monitoring site work progress.
• Liaise with internal and external customers, and supervise contractors/in-house technicians to meet the required service level.
• Attend to emergency call-out services when necessary.

Requirements:

• Holder of a Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the repairs, maintenance, and installation of electromechanical (E&M) systems, with a preference for MVAC (Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system experience.
• Familiar with the relevant local regulations and codes of practice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and Chinese, particularly in report writing.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in computer skills, with knowledge of AutoCAD considered an advantage.
• Professional qualifications or memberships in relevant institutes or societies, such as HKIE, CIBES, or BSOMES, are an advantage.
