E&M engineer (Sub Contractor)
Job responsibilities:
A reputable main contractor is recruiting for experienced E&M Engineers to the team. Being one of the leading players in the construction sector, they strive to deliver high-quality projects pushing for the boundaries on both innovation and excellence fronts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, architects and consultants on site E&M matters
- Assist in design works, project planning and operations of E&M systems
- Monitor the timeline & progress of projects, and budget related matters (e.g. project management fee, expenses)
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- With over 3 years’ relevant experience from main contractors
- Holder of any professional qualification is advantageous
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer
