Responsibilities 職責

• Maintain overall cleanliness of both the kitchen (BOH) and dining area (FOH) to the highest standards
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Keep all service areas clean and organized, especially during peak service hours
• Report any issues related to equipment, cleanliness, or hygiene to the Sous Chef and Operations Manager
• Assist with stocking cleaning supplies and maintaining an organized storage area for cleaning tools

Requirements 要求

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Experience working in both dining and kitchen areas is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules and standards
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in both the kitchen and dining areas
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness during busy service periods
• Good communication skills to work with the kitchen and service teams
• Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment, with a focus on safety
