Responsibilities

• Supervise the waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations
• Ensure that service staff adhere to high standards of hospitality and service
• Support in maintaining an organized and fully stocked service area
• Manage seating arrangements and flow of guests, particularly during busy periods
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry (fine dining preferred)
• Experience in Hong Kong is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellent service
• Professionalism in managing challenging situations
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus
• Average proficiency in spoken and written English is advantageous
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
