Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and consistent service to all guests
• Follow all service standards and guidelines set by the Floor Supervisor
• Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering guest orders
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards set by the restaurant

Requirements

• Preferred experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, especially fine dining or Michelin-star establishments
• Basic knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is a plus
• Customer-focused attitude and commitment to excellent service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying composed
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player who assists colleagues as needed
• Average proficiency in spoken and written English is advantageous
