Responsible for employee performance evaluation, compiling evaluation results, conducting initial salary review, summarizing and submitting for approval according to company regulations;
Assist the head of the human resources department in improving the company's performance, compensation, and employee relations management system;
Responsible for the management of employee personnel files, organizing the review, identification, cleaning, and destruction of files;
Responsible for managing the drafting, formulation, and signing of labor contracts and related agreements;
Responsible for properly answering employee questions regarding company personnel and other rules and regulations;
Organize the acceptance of employee complaints and internal labor disputes within the company, and improve internal communication channels;
Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager and Legal Advisor to handle labor disputes;
Responsible for comprehensively promoting the construction of the company's cultural system, planning various company cultural activities, enriching employee life, enhancing employee satisfaction and dedication, and establishing a harmonious relationship between employees and the company.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources or Management, with at least 10 years of work experience, and at least 3 years of experience working in HR in Hong Kong;
Preliminarily possessing human resource planning capabilities, with an experience foundation in performance fundamentals, capable of designing external channel incentives, and possessing COE capabilities;
Having experience in the insurance or trust industry and strong learning ability;
Understand Noah's international business, familiar with the international business process, operation mode, and division of labor and collaboration among departments; Familiar with relevant labor policies and laws and regulations, with strong experience in handling labor disputes;
Has strong language expression ability, interpersonal communication ability, adaptability, communication ability and organizational coordination ability, affinity, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work, excellent language and image;
Willing to work in HRBP and willing to establish a long-term base in Hong Kong.
