Our client is an E&M consultancy firm and they have a healthy pipeline of projects covering commercial, retail and hospitality sectors across Hong Kong, PRC and Asia. They are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support their continuous project development.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle design work, project planning and operation of E&M systems
- Attend meetings with clients, architects and contractors
- Prepare technical reports
- Monitor the performance and progress of project
- Manage budget, project management fee and expenses
Job requirements:
- Tertiary educated in Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experiences in building services
- Experiences in retail projects
