Job Description: As the Assistant Engineer / Engineer, you will understand each client’s requirements, working closely with our team of technicians to deliver solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of calibration, repair processes, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing and guiding a team.

You will oversee our calibration service centre. Managing a team of technicians responsible for calibration & repairs.

Responsibilities:

1. Support and manage a team of technician to complete accurate and effective calibration & repairs.
2. Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to calibration and repair processes.
4. Maintain inventory of calibration and repair tools and equipment.
5. Working together with other teams to provide high quality client service.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

1. Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical operation along with strong client and team management skills.
3. Proven leadership and team management skills with effective communication (oral and written).
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

1. Proficient in using calibration and repair software, tools, and equipment.
2. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
3. Ideally understand and have the working knowledge of calibration processes & equipment uses.
