Requirements: -

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies and TWO years relevant experience; or Possessing THREE years drafting experience in an architectural firm;
• Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, CorelDraw and 3DS MAX;
• Pass a selection interview held in ArchSD’s office conducted by the Supervising Officer or his representative prior to acceptance by the Supervising Officer; and
• The T.A. (Arch) provided by the Contractor should possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project.
