What You’ll Do

• Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives

What You’ll Need

• Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in hospitality industry, preferably in luxury club or hotel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, well-organised and self-motivated 
• Passionate with keen interest in five-star F&B service standards and excellent customer service skills
