Initiate, plan, and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies for the brand value, handset or tech product/service launch, app and roaming business in collaboration with external and internal partners, aligning with overall business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end program launches, ensuring smooth collaboration among all stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams to facilitate and manage marketing initiatives.
Manage the development of marketing collateral and continuously evaluate its effectiveness for ongoing improvement.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, utilising data-driven insights to evaluate and optimise marketing efforts.
Keep up with the latest digital media trends and solutions, collaborating with the internal team to identify and execute innovative digital initiatives.
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
To succeed in this role:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
8 years’ relevant experience in marketing, preferably from the telecommunication/retail/technology industry
Result-oriented and capable of working under a tight schedule in a fast-paced market environment
Strong leadership skills and business acumen
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the capability to work under tight schedules in a fast-paced market environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
