We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager to lead the Social and Elderly Wellness Program for our community-focused semi-government institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and operating service programs and facilities across the community, fostering collaborative relationships with local and international elderly and community service providers, professional organizations, government departments, user groups, foundations, and related private agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social and elderly wellness programs that cater to the diverse needs of the community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that promote well-being and social inclusion.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and impact of the programs and facilities, collecting feedback from stakeholders and utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve and innovate service offerings.
  • Collaborate with local and international elderly and community service providers, professional organizations, government departments, user groups, foundations, and private agencies to enhance service delivery and establish a network of support for the community.
  • Lead the engagement and development of collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, fostering partnerships that contribute to the sustainability and growth of the Social and Elderly Wellness Program.
  • Oversee the operational management of facilities and resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and best practices in elderly and community service provision.
  • Drive initiatives to raise awareness about social and elderly wellness issues, advocate for the needs of the community, and promote a culture of inclusivity and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Public Health, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing social and elderly wellness programs, preferably in a community or public service setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local and international elderly and community service networks, resources, and best practices.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in social and elderly service provision.
  • Passion for social welfare, elderly care, and community development.
