Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on menu development, incorporating innovative techniques and ingredients;
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and gather feedback on menu offerings;
  • Ensure compliance with health department regulations and food safety standards;
  • Train staff on proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines are preferred;
  • 8 years solid work experience with proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen;
  • Extensive culinary knowledge and proficiency in various cooking techniques;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
  • In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations;
  • Creativity and ability to develop innovative menu items;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
