Responsibilities

• Liaise and communicate with principals of assigned brands on brand strategies and promotions. Build strong rapport with principals.
• Identify new brand opportunities. Assess market potential and perform margin analyses.
• Monitor assigned brands' sales and GP performance. Identify root causes of growth or underdevelopment. Work closely with sales team to take actions and drive brand growth.
• Formulate pricing strategies of the assigned brands and provide quotations to sales team accordingly.
• Lead stock purchase and inventory planning of assigned brands. Work closely with sales team on demand forecast and inventory holding. Collaborate with supply chain on shipment and purchase order.
• Define clearly marketing programs' objectives. Plan and execute marketing programs for the assigned brands. Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
• Track A&P spending against the target.

Requirements

• University graduate in business administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in FMCG or principal management.
• Be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Immediately available is highly preferred .
