Client: The Call Center of a Premium Vacation Club
Position: (Assistant) Call Center Manager
Responsibilities: To manage daily operation and maintain service standard of the customer service center - Staff training and coaching; Monitor & evaluate service standard and identify areas of improvements, Resolve complaints.
5-day work. $30K (Negotiable)
Requirements
Secondary educated or above
Min. 8 years call center experience of which at least 3 years should be managerial level
Relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred but not a must
Excellent presentation and people management skills
Proactive and result oriented
Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
Good experience in computer application
