Roles and Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor Quality Inspectors’ inspection schedules from development, production and shipment according to the operation’s requirements
• Handling emails correspondences to vendors and quality inspector
• Handling Quality Inspectors working schedules for quality inspection process
• Ensure Quality Inspectors are in compliance with all Company’s standard operation procedures
• Supervise a team of 20 staff
• Assigning job tasks to the team
• Handle ad hoc assignment if required

Job Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE holder with 5 years of relevant experiences in supervisory level
• Familiar in using Excel and data management
• Be patience in dealing with vendors
• Can work under pressure
• Strong experiences in handling schedule & roster
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge on China export business of footwear is an advantage
• Willing to travel to Mainland China when needed
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidate with less experiences will also be considered as Scheduling Team – Coordinator

Remarks:

• Job Location: Hong Kong
• Working Days Per Week: 5 days
• Working Hours: 0930 to 1730
