Our client is a well-known luxury retail company and is currently looking for a seasoned Assistant Human Resources Manager to join their Regional HR team. The ideal candidate will be confident yet warm, with strong knowledge in C&B rewards and experience in managing large data sets and HR analysis.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end C&B operations, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and administration of employee rewards programs
Manage and implement various C&B projects, including but not limited to budgeting, C&B salary surveys, annual salary reviews, salary data analysis, and market benchmarking exercises for APAC
Build and maintain good relationships with external consultants and vendors regarding different projects
Identify trends and implement new programs to attract and retain employees and the right talents
Take on additional projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong communication, project management, and implementation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize workload
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
