Our client is a a leading financial institution committed to innovation and efficiency in their operations. We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team and lead the efforts in transforming their development and operations processes.

Position Overview:

The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes (K8s) environments, and utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline software delivery processes.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of development and operations.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the development process, implementing best practices in DevOps.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance DevOps capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following: CI/CD pipeline development, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives in a DevOps context.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or acting as an individual contributor to drive change.
• Background in consulting firms, solution houses, or vendor environments is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
