Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Manager/Manager for our Low Code Platforms team. This role will focus on pre-sales activities, consultation, and delivery of low-code solutions, particularly with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power Apps. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive successful client engagements and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and articulate the value of low-code solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and workshops to showcase Microsoft Power Apps capabilities to prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and responses to RFPs that align with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Consultation:

• Provide expert consultation to clients on low-code development strategies, particularly leveraging Microsoft Power Apps.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.
• Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, offering insights and guidance to ensure successful implementation.

Delivery:

• Oversee the successful delivery of low-code projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to execute project plans effectively.
• Implement best practices for low-code development, focusing on quality and adherence to standards.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise during delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a pre-sales or consulting role focused on low-code platforms.
• Strong technical experience with Microsoft Power Apps and other low-code technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
