职位描述：

作为技术负责人带领团队开发横跨传统金融和加密货币领域的支付平台. 带领团队进行Fiat on/off-ramp基础能力和稳定币体系的对接, 实现法币与稳定币以及稳定币之间的高效兑换, 并在此基础上开发面向终端用户的支付产品.

工作职责：

• 搭建和管理支付平台研发团队, 制定团队目标, 管理人员绩效, 提升团队技术水平, 确保团队高效高质量的工作产出.
• 与业务和产品同事合作制定支付平台的发展目标和计划, 评估产品方案.
• 带领开发团队与法币支付以及区块链/钱包团队密切合作, 开发基于基于法币和稳定币的支付平台.
• 确保平台开发和合规性和安全性.
  
  

Requirements

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业。
• 有传统金融或加密货币领域支付平台的开发经验。
• 有区块链领域技术工作经验，熟悉Ethereum, Solana等主流区块链的工作原理以及相关开发和集成。
• 理解稳定币的工作机制（资产担保性稳定币, 算法稳定币）及其在主流区块链中的实现.
• 熟悉高并发、大数据量、低延迟交易平台的架构设计与优化，能解决复杂的技术难题。
• 精通至少一种区块链常用开发语言（如 Solidity、Rust、Go、Vyper、Python等），具有开发质量智能合约的经验。
• 熟悉分布式系统、微服务架构、容器化技术（如Docker、Kubernetes）、云计算和DevOps等现代技术栈。
• 安全意识：深刻理解区块链平台的安全风险，能够设计出高度安全的跨链桥接和交易系统。熟悉智能合约的漏洞防范、加密技术和安全审计工具。
