Duties and Responsibility

* Assist in the formulation and implementation of brand marketing, public relations, and digital marketing programs.
* Manage and promote various social media accounts for the brand (web pages, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, Xiaohongshu,social content, advertisements, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather valuable market insights.
* Help to produce marketing materials, including artwork, advertisements, and point-of-sale materials.
* Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
* Assist in CRM programs to foster brand loyalty and achieve business objectives.
* Prepare reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

* Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
* Minimum one year of experience in marketing.
* Passionate about marketing and the beauty industry.
* Creative, passionate and good time management.
* Good in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
* Immediate availability is preferred.
* Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Marketing Executive position.
