We are in search of a new colleague for our Hong Kong organization to take on the responsibilities of the position of Key Accounts Manager for our Take Home Trade channel. You will be reporting to the Senior Channel Sales Manager to formulate and implement the key account strategies to deliver business results.
What you'll be doing:
Formulate and implement key account strategies to deliver agreed levels of volume, top line, and bottom line from assigned key accounts and overall market share of the channel.
Stay close to the market to monitor market dynamics and competitor moves to fine-tune strategies and capture new opportunities, including scan data analysis, weekly price checking, and regular market visits.
Responsible for customer management to maintain professional and good business relationships with assigned key accounts by acting as the interface between operational teams.
Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet clients’ expectations, manage project implementation, and execution.
Take the lead in the commercial planning process of respective channels/accounts assigned.
Provide coaching, training, and development to uplift team capability to meet market challenges and beat competition.
Work with Sales Managers of other key accounts in the team to ensure a balance of promotional resources and focus.
Work with the Merchandising team for in-store execution excellence.
Work with the Supply Chain team for stock forecasts, general supply chain, and packaging compliance.
Work with the Finance team for expenses accrual, discount setting, accounts receivable, statement reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Define and identify key accounts' e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
3-5 years of relevant Key Account experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Deliver results and meet customer expectations.
Stakeholder management, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills.
Languages: Fluent in Cantonese; proficiency in spoken English.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
