We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Campaign Manager . This full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.
The campaign manager is an integral part of the internal agency. This role is instrumental in supporting Vistra’s commercial objectives through three core functions: mapping and project managing key marketing campaigns, defining KPIs and measuring the success of our campaign and content marketing and driving engagement with our campaigns across channels and platforms. This role serves as a key point of liaison for the internal agency, managing our internal and external stakeholders in the pursuit of our content marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Context
- Campaign managers will focus on key campaigns for brand, funds and corporate
- BU/Brand marketing will define the audience, objective, messaging and proof points
- Campaign management will work with BU/Brand mktg to bring the campaign to life –
- Managing the project,
- Dvelopment of the assets,
- Working with the BU on the campaign concept / Activation
- Activation of the campaign – working across BU/Digital/Creative/Mktg Automation/Content/Country/MDRs/Third parties
- Driving engagement with the campaign through creaitve ideas/channels/mechanics to support delivery of our goals and objectives
Project Management of key campaigns:
- Codify campaign goals, audience, messaging, outcomes and obejctives – with the BU/Brand
- Build a campaign summary – identifying key channels/developments and dates to meet our goals
- Host and run weekly campaign call
- Provide regular status updates, and opportunities to improve/bring forward the launch
- Work with countries to upload target customer lists into marketing platforms like hubspot and demandbase
- Work with marketing automation / digital team to identify key spaces / experiences and contacts to target
- Work with the Brand/BU team to fill gaps in the project brief (e.g. messaging / customer experience of the campaign)
- Brief teams across marketing to ensure people are aware of the campaign and their role
Activation plan
- Contribute and agree campaign concept with the BU/Brand team, sometimes working with a third party agency
- Agree, Build and manage campaign launch plan – with owners against deliverables
- Agree appropriate channels for the campaign – e.g. media / channels / events – where appropriate own the execution e.g. with a third party media platform or arranging an event like ExPo
- Agree KPIs for the campaign
Development of assets
- Work with Brand/BU digital and creative resources (inhouse and outhouse) to identify the assets we need and manage their build – act as main point of contact for those working on the campaign
- Build and own nurture journeys and automated emails
- Maintain project plan and delivery schedule
- Work with countries to ensure campaign assets are translated, leveraged and promoted appropriately – with an agreed activation programme for country marketing
- Review asset performance (e.g CTR etc) and update the asset appropriately
- Identify and establish opportunities to capture first party data for sales follow up
Campaign execution
- Hold campaign briefing call for all parties
- Manage asset production to enable campaign launch
- Monitor campaign execution and KPI
- Review campaign performance with key stakeholders make recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Hold campaign review/assessment at the end of the campaign
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with extensive experience in marketing.
- Experience: 5+ years project management experience, either in house or in-agency setting
- Familiarity with current and emerging content marketing trends.
- Proficient in campaign management and analytics platforms and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with the professional gravitas and authority to keep things on track.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent time management, project management and organisational skills.
