We are looking to hire a IT Project Coordinator


The IT Project Coordinator is accountable for daily operation of the IT Software and Applications Team by managing and resolving service tickets, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring high standards of user support. This role supports the overall IT team, including assistance in project-related coordination and documentation when required. The position reports to the Senior System Analyst.


Responsibilities:

Service Support and Troubleshooting

  • Monitor, prioritize, and assign incoming service tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for user-reported issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Respond to user feedback and follow up to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and known errors to build an internal knowledge base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support incident resolution and system updates.
  • Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis to minimize future disruptions.


Operational and Administrative Support

  • Maintain service logs and generate basic reports to monitor support performance.
  • Assist with user communication related to system changes, outages, or enhancements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new users with access setup and basic system training.


Project Coordination

  • Assist Project Leads with documentation, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
  • Support in preparing and updating project-related SOPs and internal guides.
  • Help gather and compile business requirements during early project phases, as needed.


Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administrations.
  • At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in support or coordinator role in the IT Software field.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
